"The Aiken Choral Society performs two major concert series each year, in December before Christmas and in late May/early June. The Christmas concerts are held in Aiken, typically in an area church, and focus on Christmas music. The Spring concerts are usually held in an Aiken-area church, and at the Piccolo Spoleto Festival in Charleston, SC. The music for the Spring concert typically includes important classical and contemporary works."

North Augusta area FacilitiesNote: telephone area code is 803Beech Island Historical Society The Beech Island Historical Society is devoted to collecting, preserving and presenting the history of our country and, particularly, the rich history of the Beech Island area. Founded in 1985, the Society annually plans and hosts the very popular Beech Island Hertage Day, an event that brought 10,000 people in its very first year. The Society office is located at 144 Old Jackson Hwy in Beech Island, SC. Meetings are held on the 3rd Tuesday of every month at 7:30 pm. Phone 803-867-3600.
