Since the founding of Charleston College in 1770, higher education has become an important Carolina tradition. From science to the creative arts, the schools are in Carolina. Many of our schools are world famous. Others, perhaps not so well known, are at the top in their own special fields. Nowhere will you find as great an array of Christian colleges as in Carolina.
